The Production Team

‘How Long is Indefinite?’ was directed and produced by Alexis L Wood. Alexis has worked for a range of charities in the UK and the Middle East dealing with the issues of migrants and refugees before becoming a documentary film maker. ‘How Long is Indefinite?’ was inspired by her work with immigration detainees at Detention Action and the lack of comprehensive media attention on detention without time limit in the UK.

‘How Long is Indefinite?’ is a Glocal Films production. Glocal Films is a filmmaking company based in East London founded by Silke Beller and Kerstin Rickermann. Glocal work with national and international charities/NGOs, local authorities, youth organisations and schools to develop bespoke film projects that express social, cultural and political issues. www.glocalfilms.net

Great Job … I think We can find this problem in most of European countries, and the same in USA in the past … If We could have such a start in all these countries then we could have a wider view or movement in this direction then we can make a new step … Im sure that every country has some people who are ready to work for such Ideas …
    I hope you the best
